Payment deadlines
With Bit on Cloud do not forget about deadlines anymore! For your passive cycle, the payment deadline is created automatically and it is linked to your account management. Even more! If you have important deadlines that you do not have to forget, like the car tax or your Italian F24 model of one you can tell BoC to send you a reminder automatically via mail or SMS.

The system allows you to send automatically via email, payment reminders to your customers showing their fiscal documents status. You can also send the payment reminder automatically or issue documents with late payment interests.

If you have public counters, petty cash, check or receipts from your e commerce activities, you have always an immediate and complete control of your cash-ins. You can easily perform the daily closure, the reopening and the print out of your cash records.

With Bit on Cloud you can check and manage the cash-ins process without any problems, manually or by importing directly the relevant data from your home internet banking. (for example, the Italian M. Av and Sepa SDD for RID and Ri.Ba.)
